Vinification: Gentle grape pressing, submerged-cap maceration with controlled temperature maceration and first racking when set parameters are reached. Before bottling, 4 months in Slavonic oak barrels, followed by bottle evolution. |
Vinification: In oak barrels for 18 months, then 12 months in stainless steel tanks, finished with 6 months refining in the bottle. Bottle aging even for a further 10 years. |

Vinification: Gentle grape pressing, cold skin contact and vacuum pressing, 70% fermentation in steel and 30% in barriques. Age in steel for 3 months with subsequent bottle evolution. |
Vinification: After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation the wine refines in barriques for 3 months. The final assembly is done in stainless steel tanks where it ages for another 3 months before bottling. |

Vinification: Gentle grape pressing, cold skin contact and vacuum pressing, fermentation only of the limpid run. The wine is decanted into oak barriques where it ages for about 3 months, followed by bottle evolution. |
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control. Second fermentation again in stainless steel with charmat system. 6 weeks bottle refining. |
