Spumante means 'foaming' in Italian, a general term used for sparkling wines in Italy.
The Falesco spumante uses only Roscetto grape. The aroma and acidity of Roscetto shows its peculiar skills and perfect match for this successful spumante. The grapes are draught in the spring subsequent to the year of harvest. Aging on the yeats for 36 months. After disgorgement, the bottles are left to rest for 4 months.
The wine is straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is intense and fragrant with floral sensations that blend in perfectly with hints of yeast. Clean and full-bodiedm extremely elegant and complex by taste, with a bitter and persistent finish.
The wine is perfect for celebration and toasting (with nice color and bubbles), can be drank on its own, but also perfect match with sashimi, seafood and apertizers (medium body with fruit and mineral taste). A perfect start for a nice dinner!
