Vinification: The hand-picked grapes are chilled in a cold room and selected before whole-bunch pressing. Alcoholic fermentation is in temperature-controlled steel tanks. 7 months ageing and then blended with reserve wines from the best vintages (20-30%). 28 months of refinement on yeasts before this wine is ready to express all its richness and identity. |
Vinification: The base wines are obtained exclusively from first-pressing
musts. Alcoholic fermentation takes place only in small oak casks. The wine
remains on its lees for 6 months, during which malolactic fermentation is
completed. Meticulous vinification and very lengthy bottle refinement,
at least seven years on yeasts. This is how a great wine is created.

a peak of harmony on the nose and complexity on the palate.

Wine
Description: TRANSITION. More than a color, pink is like a suspended mood, a delicate transition from white to red in shades never quite one or the other.
|
The rosé color is obtained after brief maceration of red Pinot Nero, and then a delicate blending with Chardonnay and slow, patient maturation.
|
|
Pleasant and floral nose. |
|
P: Full-body and round. The ideal Franciacorta for momentous occasions, especially the most romantic one! |
|
Wine
Description: APTITUDE. Chardonnay, a white grape of French origin, is the most famous
international variety because it gives its best wherever, retaining features that
make it recognizable. Right from the first vintage, this wine was praised by
international critics who continue to consider it a reference for the finest
Italian enology.
|
Bright golden yellow. |
|
Intensely scented, underscored with a hint of vanilla and a characteristic note of hazelnut. |
|
Its taste is full and round and its organoleptic structure is so intense as to be
comparable to a red, yet it lingers in your senses for its extraordinary finesse.
