Bubbles/ Sparkling Wines - Sparkling Aster Rose
 
From Montepulciano D' Abruzzo grape of Zaccagnini, a winery in Abruzzo.
The winery is located in a small village Bolognano, where it is still possible to find the unpolluted beauties of nature and, most of all, a place of an unique quietness.

This dry sparkling rose is fermented in stainless steel with temperature control. Second fermentation again in stainless steel with charmat system. 6 weeks bottle refining, it is put to sale 1 year after the harvest.

The wine has a lovely bright rosè colour. Very delicate bouquet, with an aromatic scent. Full and well-orchestrated flavour, with a fine and elegant palate. The wine is soft and full bodied.

Perfect as an aperitiz, also goes well with simple food. Available in 0.75L (transparent bottle) and 1.5L (classy black bottle, and in individual paper box), you may select the size that is suitable for your parties.
